My Wellness Journey

When it comes to wellness, I’ve completely fallen in love with yoga and have been practicing for 6+ years and knew from week one I wanted to be a Yoga Teacher!

I focus on teaching Yoga Philosophy. I love practicing yoga on my mat, but I believe it’s so important to learn how to infuse yoga into your daily life to achieve peace and harmony both on and off the mat!

When I first started practicing yoga, I went to my local studio about 5-6 times a week where I mainly practiced Vinyassa and Yin yoga. I absolutely loved my mat practice, but I felt there was something missing from my yoga experience….

Oftentimes, my yoga teachers would mention yoga terms that I had never heard of as a beginner yogini. Although I’m sure their intentions were good with infusing yoga philosophy - I was completely lost. 

This is when I began to take matters into my own hands. I was already craving the off the mat practices and feeling lost in class gave me even more motivation to sign up for my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). 

Signing up for a YTT was the best decision I made. I was able to learn so much about yoga that I know you can’t get in your typical studio. I gained amazing knowledge on yoga philosophy that I’ve been so excited to share with all the yogi’s out there who haven’t had the chance to step into the yoga philosophy side of yoga.

Yoga philosophy has taught me how to apply yoga off the mat and achieve peace, harmony and so many other benefits. If you’re interested in taking your yoga knowledge to the next level, you’re in the right place!
